How Our Plan
Works:
Our company offers a network access health plan. A member must go to a provider listed in their health provider directory (included with membership kit).
Our members pay at the time of service according to the company fee schedule for that area. (Included with information packet and also in membership kit). There are no claim forms filed by the member or health care office.
